EeMEC will be presented during the Sustainable Places 2020 conference
On 29th October, the MEISTER H2020 project will organise and chair the workshop “Sustainable mobility: e-mobility” during the Sustainable Places 2020 conference, which will take place from the 27th to 30th of October in a digital format. During the workshop, EeMEC and its offered services will be presented, thus attempting to inform the audience about the benefits and the available state-of-the art technologies to uptake eMobility solutions.
The workshop – dedicated to eMobility – aims at presenting and discussing about digital tools, services, and approaches to boost smart electric mobility (e-mobility) that covers EU demands with scalable solutions. It will present the three major barriers for the deployment of electric vehicles in the EU – the high cost of vehicles, the low level of consumer acceptance, and the lack of recharging stations – and how they can be pulled down. In addition, it will provide insights on the design, validation and promotion of new approaches and solutions to make eMobility more attractive for operators to install charging Electric Vehicle Supply Equipments and for potential customers to use the infrastructure.
